16 Teams Divided Into Four Groups

The group stage draw for the 2024 CONMEBOL America Cup was held on Thursday, December 7, 2023. The 16 participating teams were drawn into four groups of four teams each. The draw was conducted in accordance with the FIFA World Ranking, with the top four teams seeded into different groups.

The knockout stage will be played from July 18 to July 28, 2024. The final will be played on July 28, 2024. The 2024 CONMEBOL America Cup will be the 47th edition of the tournament. It will be the first time that the tournament will be held in the United States. The United States is the defending champion, having won the 2023 tournament in Brazil.
